Plain-language privacy
Your work stays yours.
Your files never leave your device. UtilSprout processes selected PDF and image files, text and form values locally in your browser.
What we do not collect
We do not receive, store or log filenames, file contents, pasted text, calculator values, QR content or generated results. There is no account system or user database in this release.
Browser storage
The app saves your light or dark theme preference in local storage. A service worker may cache application code and public pages on your device so supported tools continue to work offline. If you make an analytics choice, that choice is also saved in local storage so the site can respect it on later visits. You can clear this data through your browser settings.
Network requests
The application itself does not send tool inputs to a backend. Your hosting provider may receive standard web request metadata, such as IP address and user agent, when serving public application files.
Advertising and your privacy choices
Advertising is not enabled on this version of UtilSprout. We do not use advertising trackers or set advertising cookies.
The footer's Privacy & cookie settings link brings you to this section. If we introduce advertising, we will update this policy with the providers, data use and available choices before enabling it. When an applicable consent message is available, that control will let you revisit your decision.
You can remove the saved theme and offline application cache through your browser's site-data settings. Clearing site data can remove offline access until you visit online again. See the app guide for offline-use details.
Privacy-first analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and site performance. Its lightweight browser beacon uses the Performance API and does not use cookies or local storage to measure visits. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors' personal data or track individual visitors across its customers' websites. Tool inputs and generated results are never included in analytics data.
Google Analytics is optional. It remains off until you select Allow analytics. If you allow it, Google receives the page path, page title, browser and device details, and general usage information under measurement ID G-WNSVDESV67. UtilSprout sends manually controlled page views without query strings or fragments. Files, filenames, pasted text, JSON, calculator values, QR contents and generated results are never sent. Advertising storage, ad user data, ad personalization, Google signals, automatic event detection and user-provided data collection remain disabled.
Your choice is stored only in this browser. Use Analytics settings in the footer to allow or decline Google Analytics at any time. Declining removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site and stops future page-view measurement.
Email support
The Contact page submits your name, email address, subject and message to a private Cloudflare email service so we can read and reply to your request. Contact form contents are not sent to analytics or stored in your browser. Do not include tool inputs, files, passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in a support request.
File safety
Supported PDF and image types, sizes, page counts and decoded image dimensions are checked before processing. Password-protected and encrypted PDFs are rejected. PDF creation and modification use a local worker; PDF page rendering uses a locally bundled Mozilla PDF.js worker and support assets. Browser object URLs, workers and canvases are released when no longer needed. You remain responsible for the files and content you choose to process.
